ICN 2014 app for iPhone and iPad

It is a great pleasure to announce that the XVIII International Congress of Neuropathology, ICN 2014, will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in September 14-18, 2014.
Brazilian and Argentinean neuropathologists are honored to host, for the first time in Latin America, this important congress. The organizing committee will work hard for a very successful event, both scientifically and socially.


We plan to put together an exciting program that will cover a full range of interest, promoting the exchange of expertise between the various areas of neuropathology and other fields of neuroscience, inviting neurologists, neurosurgeons, oncologists, neuroradiologists, geneticists, veterinary neuropathologists, basic neuroscientists and others, that can contribute with information to our diagnosis and the treatment.


We chose the convention center in Sheraton Rio Hotel & Resort, the only hotel located directly on the shore in Rio, with a private beach and spectacular views of the world famous Ipanema beach and nearby mountains and close to famous touristic sites such as Copacabana beach, the Sugar Loaf, and the statue of Christ at the Corcovado Mountain. It is located at 19 miles from Rio de Janeiro International Airport and 9 miles from Santos Dumont Domestic Airport.


We also plan to make ICN 2014 as attractive as possible, enabling an affordable registration fee that is even more reduced for students, young researchers, trainees, and participants from economically disadvantaged parts of the world.

The organizers hope to congregate participants from all over the world in our very hospitable, warm and sunny country, offering you a special and unique memorable event.
